We were impressed to find that you and your team arrived on time, was honest in your assessment of our problem, professionally completed the job efficiently with minimal inconvenience, and delivered as you had promised.  This was completely different to our previous experiences with the building industry.

We contracted Hadi Hariri and his team at AYA Constructions to complete our home in October 2011. We were left in a difficult situation where a previous builder defaulted on the contract leaving us with an incomplete house. Most builders, when approached to quote on the job, didn’t want to know about it, but Hadi and his team were very understanding of our situation and were willing to help us out. I’m sure he had 2nd thoughts about taking over where the other builder left off but we are grateful that he did because the end result was outstanding with a superior quality finish.

From the first day when he turned up with an army of tradesmen and got stuck into the work, I could tell we made the right choice. Nothing was a problem for him and his team and he accommodated all our requests. The communication was excellent, he constantly kept me updated on the progress of work with many phone calls, site meetings and emails going back and forth to ensure we both understood the direction the work was heading and what was required in getting a home with the luxury quality finish we were after.

I would like to provide the following testimonial to the team at AYA Construction, for a great job they have done with the renovation project at 9 Karoo Ave, East Lindfield, NSW.

I engaged Hadi Hariri and Ali Fahs in early 2012, after waiting for several months for the previous builder to start. I found Hadi and Ali to be responsive and were able to immediately provide me with a quote and several references, which when I checked did give good feedback.

And when we finally signed the contract, they were able to quickly assemble their team and started working on the project almost immediately as promised. They were also able to provide a supervisor on-site almost on a daily basis, thus ensuring the progress and quality of the sub-contractors. We heard many horror stories from other people about their renovation project, but definitely we had none of that in our project with the team at AYA Constructions. Where there were matters that needed clarification or negotiation due to out-of-scope work, these were dealt with fairly, without fuss and without unnecessary delay to the project.

Throughout the process, I was happy to add more scope into the work, including driveway and timber flooring. They were also very helpful in solving the issues with the choice of decking material
to meet the council’s bushfire requirement and stuck with us through the process.

Overall, we are very happy with the final result and the quality of the finished work, and many of our friends who stopped by to look at the result also gave similar comments.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients, and will definitely engage them for my own future projects.

My wife and I have been waiting to build a new home for a number of years. After looking at different display homes and home shows and studying all our options we decided to design it ourselves and go with a private builder.

A mutual friend of ours and a client of AYA constructions introduced us to Hadi Hariri.
