We contracted Hadi Hariri and his team at AYA Constructions to complete our home in October 2011. We were left in a difficult situation where a previous builder defaulted on the contract leaving us with an incomplete house. Most builders, when approached to quote on the job, didn’t want to know about it, but Hadi and his team were very understanding of our situation and were willing to help us out. I’m sure he had 2nd thoughts about taking over where the other builder left off but we are grateful that he did because the end result was outstanding with a superior quality finish.
From the first day when he turned up with an army of tradesmen and got stuck into the work, I could tell we made the right choice. Nothing was a problem for him and his team and he accommodated all our requests. The communication was excellent, he constantly kept me updated on the progress of work with many phone calls, site meetings and emails going back and forth to ensure we both understood the direction the work was heading and what was required in getting a home with the luxury quality finish we were after.
Our relationship went from builder/client to one of friendship and I would have no hesitation in recommending Hadi and AYA Constructions to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy builder that will deliver quality work without fuss in a prompt and timely manner.
