STEP 1: Initial Consultation
We start by inviting you to an in-depth design meeting where we’ll get to know your needs, project objectives, and budget. With this information, we create a tailored design brief that sets the foundation for your project.
STEP 2: Site Analysis & Documentation
We take care of obtaining all necessary documentation, including the 10.7 planning certificate and survey plans. Our team will conduct a detailed analysis of the site, ensuring that we understand all the nuances before we move forward with drafting the floor plans in alignment with your brief and relevant regulations
STEP 3: Design Review Meeting
Once the draft floor plans are prepared, we schedule a second meeting to review the design together. This is your opportunity to share any feedback and request changes. We’re committed to refining the design until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
STEP 4: Finalization of Plans
Following your feedback, we make the necessary amendments and finalize the architectural plans. At this stage, we also work on elevations and sections that provide you with a clear visual understanding of light, ventilation, and spatial flow within your home or development.
STEP 5: Certification & Approval
When you're fully satisfied with the final plans, we submit them to the private certifier for an initial assessment, ensuring that the designs are fully compliant with all regulations and ready for the next steps.
